We collect personal information (name, email, phone number, and organization details) solely for the purpose of processing your registration, managing attendance, and providing essential event updates.

2. Data Security Measures

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS).
  • Restricted access controls, ensuring only authorized personnel can access registration data.
  • Regular security auditing of our infrastructure.
  • Secure payment processing via Paystack; NACCIMA does not store, process, or have access to your full credit/debit card details.

3. Data Retention and Erasure

In line with the NDPA, we retain your data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes of INFRACON 2026. Following the conclusion of the event, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems.

How to request data deletion: To exercise your right to erasure, please send a formal request to info@naccima.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request - INFRACON 2026." Please include your registered name and email address. We will process and confirm the erasure of your data within 30 days of receiving your request, provided there is no legal requirement for us to retain it.

4. Your Rights
